Connecticut, Come On Down! Mohegan Sun Hosts Audition For 'Price Is Right'

Who hasn't daydreamed about the prizes they could win on "The Price is Right" if they were just given the chance? Well, here's your chance.

The Mohegan Sun in Connecticut is holding an open audition for "The Price is Right" on Tuesday, Oct. 22. One lucky winner could wind up celebrating with host Drew Carey in Los Angeles.

The Mohegan Sun in New London County is hosting an open audition for the iconic daytime game show on Tuesday, Oct. 22. Two semi-finalists will go to Los Angeles for a taping, and one of them will compete on the nationally syndicated series, a news release said.

The audition runs from 2 to 6 p.m. at The Shops Concourse at the Uncasville casino and includes games and competitions to see who has what it takes to make it on the series. Participants can win prizes and get the chance to spin the big wheel.

Organizers ask potential contestants to "dress to impress" and wear an outfit they would wear on the show. Solid colors look best on TV, they said.

Contestants must be 18 years or older to participate.
